About Us

The Bicol University Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is the governing body responsible for ensuring transparency, fairness, and efficiency in the university's procurement processes. Adhering to the mandates of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and its 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), the BAC oversees all bidding activities to guarantee the optimal utilization of university funds.

Located at the 2nd floor of the Aquilino P. Bonto Building, BU Main Campus, Legazpi City, the BAC is committed to upholding the highest standards of public procurement.
